ALL RESELLERS MUST BE AWARE OF THE FOLLOWING

1. Reseller must provide end user contact, company, address, phone and email information.  It is important that we have the above information as each license is registered for support using this information.  All notifications depend on this information.
   

2.   Resellers not approved by Soundminer, but needing to resell a Soundminer product as part of a larger order quote can do so by purchasing from the online order form.  Please indicate that you are not the end user in the comment box and provide the necessary end user information in that same information box.  There is no discount in this case.
   

3. Pricing is determined by the online order page.  The prices published on this page will be in effect always.  If you have an older pricelist, please confirm prices on the online order page before providing pricing to your end user or a purchase order to us.  Only the prices on the online order page will be respected.  Any pricelists in circulation are now considered old.
   

4. No box or CD is ever shipped.  Software is via download only.  Users have 24/7 access to a special FTP site for all software.  We ship nothing but a HASP key and only if applicable.
   

5. Software can be installed on as many machines as they want, but authorization is governed by the key - this means the user can only have one concurrent copy of the software launched per license.
   

6. Software pricing is based on self-installation and without any extra support or maintenance.  Installation help and software support is extra.
   

7. KEYS - there are three types of USB keys possible with V4 products - ILOK(single user), HASP M1(single user) and HASP Network keys(multiple licenses and Server).  You must have one of the above keys in order to run the products,  Soundminer XP currently can only be authorized by way of HASP single or network keys.  Your orders must contain either a key, an ILOK account or the serial ID of an existing network key for us to process the order.
   

8. UPGRADES - users do not have to return existing HASP keys to upgrade.  Nothing has to be shipped.  Each unique key can be upgraded using a simple application we provide.  Users wishing to move from HASP to ILOK or vice versa will be required to pay a $35 per license charge plus any associated hardware and shipping costs.  There is no such fee if a user is upgrading from one product to another on the same key.
